Phase II -Project research and due diligence including necessary interviews with key internal and external parties, appropriate company facility and industry location visits

Phase III -   Interim review of progress. Re-validate or modify approach

Phase IV -Final plan presentation. Can be ‘Quick Win’ oriented and completed in 4-6 weeks, or more strategic and completed 10-12 weeks from the project initiation
